We will endeavour to minimise shipping costs to all customers wherever possible. We use UPS Standard next day service for our UK deliveries. We pack and ship every two days during the week and aim to have your whisky delivered to you in under 7 days.
COLLECTION FROM THE STUDIO
It is free to collect your order from the studio, but please remember only to pick this option if you live locally to Leith. We are unable to hold bottles for people for more than seven days.
LOCAL EDINBURGH DELIVERY
We have partnered with the amazing Farr Out Deliveries for our local Edinburgh delivery services. This is an amazing company https://www.farrout.delivery/ who uses electric cargo-bikes to transport goods of all shapes and sizes across the city. We aim to have them with you within 72 hours of ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we aren’t offering international shipping from our website. But we are working every day on expanding our footprint. If you happen to live somewhere that you know would LOVE Woven, please let us know and we will try our best to get to you in future.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wovenwhisky.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return postal bag & label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@wovenwhisky.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on personalised or custom products unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or ‘experiences’.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
